The mattress toppers that most people advocate sound wonderful, but I don't want the trouble you mentioned.

part of the sleep situation for me is based on not having life's things around that usurp your time. ..the routines: work, internet, pets etc. All of those I wake up to at home. I've slept better in the QS10 , as long as it's quiet and chilly outside. About the only two things that prompt me to wake up are a bathroom call or the coffee percolator
