Stumbled on this on Youtube and found it very romantic. It seems like such a great vacation concept!

Check out Concordia in St John USVI.  All Eco friendly and a blast to stay in. Used to own Maho Bay Camp, but that was sold and closed.  Kind of a fun experiance getting there from the States also.

Actually, it looks like it would be very enjoyable and soothing to the soul. But romantic, not so much...
