I am 6'3 270 will I fit in the wet bath and be able to move around to take a shower.
It would probably be pretty tight. I would definitely try standing and turning around in one at a dealership. I'm 6' and it's just right. I can turn around without hitting anything and I can shut the door while on the throne without hitting my knees. Make sure you get one with a skylight in the shower, that will help a lot.
Edit: I just saw that you were asking about the wet bath. my comments were about the dry one. I'd still recommend trying it first.
The dimensions for the compartment of my 13QBB are 22" side to side, 36" front to back and 70ish" tall. I added the ish because your head can go into the vent space so you gain an inch or so. The distance between the front of the commode and the wall is 14 1/2 inches and will hit your legs a bit above the knee. So to answer your question directly, you'll fit tightly and move a little.

The cramped wet bath was a major reason we traded up from an RPOD. I'm only 5'9" 210# and it was tight for me. I usually used the CG facilities, though my wife used the wet bath with only minor complaints. Take a look at the the 14' models. Lots more room and a dry bath for less than 2' extra length and you get two axles.

I was looking at the 16 BHB but looks like the bath will be a issue.
