We probably all have noted that christainm always seems to be on the lookout for Livin'Lite related pics that she can potentially use to promote Livin'Lite on her social media pursuits. My thought was maybe some of us (or all) are willing to help her by posting some of our favorite pics. The idea is if you post a pic here you are pre-approving her potential use of the image -- and potentially without credit. I'm suggesting we do add a note about the pic in case that info is useful to her.
I'll start --- and perhaps others are willing to join me...

Nice Shots! We want to camp at the North Rim. How did you like the campground?
Thanks,

I met the owner of that one the year before and he had a small teardrop, he liked mine enough that when he was upsizing he looked around and found the Camplite at DHRV. Pretty much the same story of how I got mine, I was still tent camping and my friend had a 13QBB, I was impressed enough, and she spoke highly enough, that when I was ready to buy I looked for a Camplite. The moral of the story here, Livinlite if you're listening, is that your existing customers are your best sales people. Giving your existing customers reason to doubt your product will reduce the number of sales you get overall.

[/quote]Last year at my Seasonal campground in New Brunswick I saw one Camplite and one Quicksilver, at Kouchibouguac National Park also in NB I saw a Quicksilver too. Plus the Fundy National Park gathering we did where David and PEIslander was there so I saw 2 more there :-) Total of 5 seen last year in New Brunswick and there is no dealer in this province lol
Bill:
I have camped at the north rim of the Grand Canyon several times. The north rim is about 1,000 feet higher than the south rim, so it is cooler and evergreen forested, unlike the south rim. The south rim packs the RVs into a parking lot, side by side, whereas at the north rim you camp alongside the tent campers. It isn't as rustic as a lot of USFS sites, but it is ok.
The south rim does have a steeper overlook and the river is closer to the rim there. But the north rim has a more gentle slope down and you can easily hike down all or part way. Well, all the way is never easy. Doing that at the south rim is much tougher.
The north rim also has a base lodge with restaurant tables and outdoor seating overlooking the canyon. Also I think that the main overlook- Bright Angel Point is more dramatic, because it is....on a point.
If you are going to arrive late, just camp at a USFS site just outside of the park and drive into the park in the morning.

Bill:
I agree with everything David said about the North Rim and add that North Rim is more laid back not as many people, I also stayed at the south rim before I went to the north, then on up to Bryce and on to California and the Sequoia National Forest. I took 6 weeks traveling across the country just me and my dog that you can slightly see in the window of the first pic. Livin-Lite was all I hoped for, very comfortable and very easy to pull.
Craigd, Thanks!
It's nice having a light weight camper while towing up steep mountain grades!!!! :)

Guys- these are PHENOMENAL!
Seriously, I am blown away by some of the places that you guys (and your Livin Lites) have seen.
I've saved all of these into a file here and have been showing them to the reps and office staff all day. We can't stop looking through them!
Prepare to see these on Facebook and maybe...possibly...in some Livin Lite literature coming soon (will ask explicit permission if we do any of that ;-))
rideandfly- I'm having a hard time getting the pictures you attached to open. When I click on one, it send me to a photobucket link that is no longer working. Is anyone else having this issue? Could just be the setting on my computer!
Thanks again guys, for sharing!

I can't match PEIislander's snow photos posted earlier in this thread, but here's our 16 buried in the 13 inches of snow we got last night. 24 hours earlier there was no snow, the grass was greening up, and we were inside working on the recliner idea. Oh well......

I missed this thread completely! We have had our QS 8.1 since 2010, and love her almost to death (although she is still on her factory tent after thousands of miles and hundreds of camps). Since my wife won't "sit" for a picture, Rose is kind of a captive audience. I have a Flickr album of her adventures with over 200 pictures so far. We'd be happy if Livin' Lite wanted some!
