Title: Hello from Northwest Ohio
Post by: nwoflatlander on October 03, 2015, 11:22:25 AM
We are the proud owners of a 2015 QS 10. We have the off-road kit, A/C and the rear deck. We are currently on our second trip with it. Our first trip we towed with my old truck because the new car, 2015 Subaru Outback, was not broken in yet. The entire reason we bought this trailer is so we can tow with the Outback on long trips. We have 2 boys (almost 11 and 6) and an 11 month old girl. There will be many miles put on this setup over the coming years. We are also planning on the going to the rally in Indiana next summer, so it will be great to meet other owners. (http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/10/03/6129ca6b7594fdf97fdce51c1478f1ee.jpg)

What a nice setup! Welcome. Not to ignore that great QS-10, but how do you like the '15 Outback?

We love the Outback and our QS. While cruising with the QS, we were averaging 26 mpg, while driving 60, for 30 minutes, no stops. We have the 2.5. The QS loaded was about 1400lbs.

We have always had GM vehicles, due to a employee discount, but the Terrain was getting up there in miles and having 3 kids (11,6, & 11 months) the Outback has almost 5 more inches of hip room for the kids. Hoping this car becomes the 11 year olds car in a few years. We only have 6k miles on it, but like it a lot. Thanksgiving time, we're headed to the Finger Lakes in NY and hit some unimproved roads. I cannot wait to try X-mode.
