[p]Spent three nights in NH in Crawford Notch at Dry River CG. No hookups. 39F at night already. No much for Fall colors yet. Went up Mt Washington for the 13th time. Never before on this side of the mountain though. Took the Ammonoosuc Ravine Trail. I highly recommend it for it's beauty and the constant cascading river fed by the Lakes of the Clouds.[/p][p]

This mountain is just a bump in the landscape to most of you folks in more mountainous regions of the states but here it is the largest. I do long for more of a challenge, and may one day relocate for it, but this is a great afternoon jaunt if in the area.
