Has Livinlite Closed ? The customer service is quite poor, no returned phone calls or emails.

just saw a thread on here a couple days ago that they were relocating this month.  that would explain their lack of communication

In my experience a couple years ago customer service was very poor.

I have only had limited experience with contacting LL, but both have been good.  About a year ago, I was moving my 6.0 around in my garage and I pushed it too far and it bumped the wall and broke a tail light cover.  I called LL to see if it was possible about getting a replacement.  They mailed me two covers for no charge.  I was impressed.  Most recently I emailed LL's website with a brief question and heard back several days later from Scott.  I did see that they are relocating so things are probably hectic in the office.

I've talked to LL a couple of times with success but I think based on the comments from the board that its real hit or miss with their communication.

Got an e-mail from Shawn at LL this morning. He's working out of the new plant and they are open but in transition to their new facility. I would guess that the move has them in a bit of disarray.

Before I found this board I sent a  question to the general inquiries page. no response to date.   I was able to find out the answer many days later while looking through a lot of Camplite pictures posted by dealers.

There's also a yahoo news group that has someone from LL participating from time to time.

I jump back and forth between here and there to get all my answers, either from other users or LL themselves.

Just to let everyone know that Livin Lite is not closed and yes we have relocated.  We have relocated our facilities from Wakarusa, IN to Topeka, IN.  The contact number here in Topeka, IN. is 260-593-3850., or continue to submit questions through our web site and they will be addressed as soon as we can.  Thanks for your patience.
