I've been lurking here for quite some time just to see what LL owners have to say. Although I've been retired for 3 years, the wife wants to continue working for a few more years and our youngest daughter isn't out of college yet. In my humble opinion, LivinLite has the correct idea with regards to using aluminum flooring and framing for their camping trailers. When the time comes a LivinLite will be the only trailer I would ever consider purchasing. For anyone interested, my avatar is my "toaster on a stick". I play golf almost every day during the season and work part-time at the local golf course doing green maintenance and cup setting.
Congratulations on coming out of 'lurkerdom', and a big welcome to this LL forum! Since you like games, let's play one and pretend that your Wife is now retired and your Daughter has graduated (surviving today's 'higher education' and 'spring breaks' without permanent damage....maybe she even found a good job). Okay, got it?
Question: What LL would you buy today?
P.S. We don't golf, but do keep a club handy in case of faulty aim or misfire. Toast!
You should maybe think about reconsidering the wait. I'd venture a guess that you could mail back some pretty spectacular post cards from exotic places that would help convince her to join in the fun.
On the toaster have you considered a FORE slice version? Maybe a model that makes a Hole In One slice? Better yet one that eliminates the Slice altogether?

The 16' would be based on ease of towing, maneuverability, and it has to fit inside my storage building.
[p]Sounds like a great choice. Have fun planning![/p]
Good choice.... It was a toss up for me.
Welcome & like your avatar. Like your forum name, we play golf too.
Welcome, twounderpar, just curious where in the country you folks live?

Our plan is to move to the Table Rock Lake area of Missouri after my better half retires.
