Outside shower connection

I'm trying to use mine on the used 21rbs that I bought earlier this month. It won't connect, the fitting does not slide in. Do I have the right hose?

[font size="3"]The hose fitting on the 21RBS can be a bit difficult. See my post on the tag that was on the trailer when new. Scroll down about half way to the TAG reference:

It already happened to me and I did that trick with the screwdriver and it worked

I was at home doing my winterizing when I did that.   Hehe :)

I have a tool set everywhere I go. A basic set in every car, and some common tools in the camper. Just enough to deal with minor issues that Murphy likes to bring up.
