I have sent our request to LivinLite.  This is a valuable site for everyone involved.  I would like to take the time right now to thank Sean for everything he has done!  THANKS SEAN!!!

I have to say thanks to Sean and everybody involved here. I have corrected and improved my camper greatly from the wealth of information on this site.

Wow !  Did I ever miss something.  Very disheartening.

Have just sent a plea to Livin' Lite via their website.

Have also bookmarked the aluminum camper forum, just in case.

Merlin has my contact information.

Really hoping that this forum will continue !

We have winterized and covered our trailer for the winter and I am looking forward to spring and pulling the grey tank to shorten the vent tube and thinking that success with that will energize me enough to try again to install that Patty O' Room...   Wanted to look at adding the level sensors for the tanks, too.  Thinking we can even do one of those custom mattresses :)

We have enjoyed our trailer for four seasons, now.  Hoping to continue to do so by keeping up with this forum and learning more and more.

Thank you everyone for making this a great forum !

They canned Christian about a year ago and djmiller, a LL employee, only comments on easy things that he can feel good about dealing with. He has chosen to avoid the frame weld problem and other difficult quality issues.

So I have my doubts about LL's comittment to this forum and wonder if they will continue to support it with funding.

I would be just as happy to move to Paul's www.aluminumcamperforum.com website or something similar if LL doesn't support this one.

Hey David.... do I have to reach up and smack ya!!!....lol.  Been gone for the past 10 days or so. But I subscribe to every areas of the forum.  I don't miss much.  I don't necessarily comment on items you guys answer yourselves. Better coming from you guys anyhow. Items such as the cracked frames and others If I don't comment it is because I am actively involved in and have personally spoken to many of those individuals.  I bring many of your concerns and ideas to the development meetings.  I also personally support the continuation of the forum but am not involved in those types of decisions any longer, but sincerely hope the decision is made to continue it in its present state..... after all content is king and it would be a shame to start all over.

I agree with many hot topics brought up here and at other times refrain from commenting as some items get totally blown out of proportion.   When I hear about leaks caused by poor caulking on a brand new 13QBB or another model we have not built for several years but has been setting on a dealers lot for 2 years with no maintenance, or how metal shavings are found in a cabinet, storage area or on the floor I refrain from posting and let someone else pose the obvious.  Would you complain about sawdust?

Anyway my 2 cents. - Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!
Dan

After reading Sean's update, I want to jump in here to state that Livin Lite's decision not only to not support this forum but to take the URL absolutely sucks. I will NO LONGER support this company on other forums. On the Good Sam Club site I feel like a Camplite salesman. That will be no more. This decision is short sighted, ridiculous, and wreaks of an attempt to strangle/control logical discourse and debate about these products. So short sighted.

Wow!  What a disappointment!  Too bad!  They are letting go of great member benefit!  See you over at http://aluminiumcamperforum.com/

Now the crying, whining, Livinlite bashers are going to come out of the woodwork.

Everyone here at some point thought it was the best camper or they wouldn't be a member.

Just because the company has decided to take back what is theirs and try something different doesn't change my view of my camper.

If if your favorite restaurant moves locations or changes the name, will you not recommend it anymore?

Do you really expect all companies to spend money to make you FEEL better about something you already bought?

First, thanks to Sean for all the work on this forum to date. As Admin and along with the moderators, you've made this a fine forum. Second, thanks to all who have contributed so well to this site. I've learned a lot from others on here. Third, I also appreciate LL's support, up to this point, but to end it and pull the URL means losing all the collective wisdom on here over the past couple of years and that's a travesty and a loss that hurts current, prospective, and future owners. See you all on other forums.

Well....I guess now is the time to copy and paste the many many great fixes and mods that are posted before the detail is gone.

You....do know that Kevin Kline was never actually, um...you know...I mean...that's not the real President. Right ?

We didn't seek anything from LL other than a little help sustaining this place and giving us a channel into the factory. A number of people have bought this product after researching through this site. Several members have upgraded their original LL trailer with - wait for it - another newer, bigger LL trailer.

Seems like a reasonable investment in owner outreach.

Yup, copy and paste time. Then I'm going to delete my account. I know the posts will remain, but LL doesn't need my account information once they end it.
