16 TBS/King Bed New Flooring

As far as we can tell, it is the only King bed available in a 16Ft ultra light trailer.  The thought in designing it was that two guys could go on a hunting/fishing trip and then husband and wife could go ahead and cuddle on the next trip.

I saw the floor at a factory tour a couple weeks ago.  It is really really nice. You don't feel the slight ribs from the aluminum floor.  It is throughout the floor, under the cabinets, etc. It's rich looking and feels great.  It's got a wide wood plank look to it.  I forget what the product is called. The factory was doing testing to make sure it would adhere to the aluminum floor in all conditions. I think it is going to be a big hit.

Great look.  I ordered the foam tile with cherry wood print.  I ordered 96 sq ft. Not being a floor guy I may not have ordered enough for my 21RBS.

With those interlocking floor  panels leaking slightly between the seems I would be concerned about mold also.  Glue could possibly fuel its growth.  I'm interested in limiting voc's also.  Looks really nice but I would rather throw a carpet over it and  hang it out to  dry When needed.  But mold pretty much destroyed my health.  So my situation is unique.  I suspect others like me that might  be drawn to these campers would feel much the same.

For camping with my dogs, I really prefer the bare aluminum floor. I was planning to put down floor pads like they use in restaurant kitchens - loosely woven rubber or vinyl. They cushion legs and feet. On top of that, I wanted to put down washable rugs or possibly foam mats. I want to be able to wash the rugs when the dogs come in wet and muddy. This spring and summer around Chicago has been exceptionally wet, and I have been dealing with muddy dogs, leashes and collars.

Hi Dave!

Do you think that twin/king configuration would be do-able in a 21BHS? I love the storage available above the twin/king. I'm concerned about the lack of storage in the standard 21BHS, and we don't need a walk around queen. They say something about putting in the walk-around queen so as to not wake your partner if you need to get out of bed. We're both light sleepers and will wake up anyway. Would rather have the storage and size. 

If it is possible, what are the sizes of the twin mattresses and the king bed put together?

[font size="3"]I don't see why this would not work in the 21BHS. The twins are 76" long vs the 80" in the 21BHS so thy would fit. Fortunately LL has been very receptive to custom modifications.
