[p]Any one know the measurements in the shower stall from floor to ceiling in the camplite 14DBS or the 16DBS? the nearest dealer is over 200 miles from [/p][p]me. its a 2014 an there is not a skylite. Can a skylite be added for more headroom?[/p]

Just measured in our 16DB ...70" shower floor to ceiling and 77" floor to high point of skylight .

[p]adding a sky lite[/p][p] would make a huge difference. have to check in to that. Thanks[/p]

A skylight would be a very nice addition.

At 6'1", things are a tad tight for me, but perfectly usable.

As an aside, the Extend-a-Shower was a great addition, gaining space both in and out of the shower.

Thanks[/p]
Yes it would and yes you should. It makes a huge difference in fact and perception, but you do lose some thermal performance. I ordered this one installed from the factory in my 21RBS, but it should be possible for a good RV shop to add one later if the proper skylight can be found. I would suggest checking with LL to purchase the proper parts. They have to fit the existing aluminum ceiling joist spacing.

Wow! How much more headroom did that give you? Looks like a lot. Was that expensive? Thanks

At the center the skylight adds 7" of headroom. I'm 5'9" and it's very worthwhile, particularly when shampooing my thinning hair. I can't quote a price because it was all rolled into the purchase contract with other upgrades. However, the dome is a simple plastic piece glued to the roof and the interior is finished with a standard looking bezel similar to other roof vents.
