Here is some very recent feedback I got from the factory on my ordering my trailer:

I asked about putting the 12 volt outlets by the bed and was told there was only room for either a standard outlet or the 12 volt outlet in the 28BHS.  I was told the shower skylight is now standard. They passed on putting in the SeeLevel tank monitor at the factory. They agreed to put in the fantastic vents and fans you recommended!!

Excellent list by the way. I see many of the after purchase options being done by me.  First I think will be the Oxygenics shower head. May have to make my first extended camping trip to Florida....for the rest.

One more thing:  Solar ready is now a factory option as well.

Good feedback from the factory. I didn't see mention of the shower skylight. I mounted the bedside 12 volt outlets in the lower horizontal nightstand surface. Not ideal, but functional. There is 12V easily available below in the garage area. The Oxygenics is a no brainer on all other TT forums too.

Wish the shower skylight was after delivery.

There are issues with placement vs roof structure and even finding the skylight itself. That's one reason I posted my before and after lists. Same is true for the bumper.

[/p][p]This is a good list thanks - I'm planning a 16TBS Purchase and you've given me a good start.  I've got a few questions about your list.[/p][p]
[/p][p]AC - did you go for the 9kbtu or larger 13kbtu AC - if you went larger what generator are you planning?[/p][p]
[/p][p]Floor Insulation - why don't you recommend this?[/p][p]
[/p][p]12V Outlets - are these just cigarette lighter outlets or some other format?[/p][p]
[/p][p]Did you get the Awning?[/p][p]
[/p][p]Did Livinlite offer to do any of your post-delivery projects?[/p][p]
[/p][p]Thanks Much![/p]

Supposedly it will help with heat, but that's not really a problem for us.
[p]12V Outlets - are these just cigarette lighter outlets or some other format?[/p]
Yeah, cigarette lighter outlets, nothing special
[p]Did you get the Awning?[/p]
The awning is part of the XL package, so I think pretty much everyone gets it (we did)

Tinkeringtechie (TT)  has replied with good comments so I'll just tweak them a bit:

[ol type="decimal"][li]I went with the 13.5 because I like cold, hate hot, live in Florida, and don't plan to camp with a generator. The only reasons to go to the 9000 Btu would be possibly less noise and the ability to run on a Honda 2000i generator. Lower noise has been reported, but not really confirmed. The 13.5s have trouble with 2000 watt gens, but the Yamaha 2400 seems to work.
[/li][li]The factory sprayed insulation is a very thin ceramic based spray intended for high temp automobile applications. I didn't expect much thermal insulation benefit, but hoped to seal some reported air leaks. The covering is so thin and sparse that I'm not sure it does that either. Save your $1000. Most folks end up insulating the floor with carpet or rubber tiles.
[/li][li]12V outlets just auto cig sockets
[/li][li]Awning comes with XL package[/li][li]Not sure what you're asking re LL and post delivery items. I ordered what I thought best done by the factory and did the rest myself. It's worked out well.
[/li][/ol][p]
[/p][p]BTW I like the 16TBS layout. Had it been available when we ordered our 21RBS we would have seriously looked at it. We really like the 21 but the 16TBS definitely has a place.
