Ok, now since I will be parking this unit in a public storage facility, are there suggestions for coupler locks and other security items? I've looked at Proven Industries locks just because I heard about them on a rv podcast, but I welcome other suggestions. Is there a standard size for this model?

Enjoying following your progress.  Since our move to Florida has done a 180 and we're moving back to Illinois, a 16TBS is back on the front burner.  Can't wait to see pics!

Public storage means someone who wants to take your trailer has all the time in the world to beat your lock, whatever it is.

So you need to put your effort into finding a storage place that has a secure and monitored perimeter, rock solid check-in/out so someone can't roll out with your trailer, verified identity of every renter and person who enters the grounds so you don't check the records and videos and determine the guy who came in with a an empty cardboard box and rolled out with your trailer is Nick Fury , and then of course good insurance. And don't leave grandma's ring in the trailer.

Brought my new baby home yesterday. She has endeared herself to everyone she's met so far, and needless to say, I am a happy camper! Made my 300 mile maiden tow voyage safe and sound, thanks to the guys at D&H RV Center. Now on to the fun stuff-Camping!

Hooray!  Nice looking camper. I'm glad the trip home went well. If you still need a lock, etrailer sells good ones and they will help you out if you give them a call.

Also, note that the luggage compartment and handle door locks on your trailer have a universal RV key that everyone has. The only unique key to your trailer is the door deadbolt lock.
