Luck of the draw and price gouging

A bit of bragging here but a few months ago the wife and I entered the Super Bowl 50 ticket lottery and yesterday we were notified we have 2 tickets to Super Bowl 50 at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, CA. $500 each! that's cheap. So deciding we would take the camper over and spend the weekend I found a nice camp ground - Coyote Creek RV Resort about 27 miles away from the stadium. Went on-line to make reservations for the weekend in a deluxe site for $70 a night which is high but this is a special event for us. Not confirmed until they call you and ask for your deposit. 3 hours later I get a call and now it's 3 night minimum at $200 a night. Of course I say their website says $70 a night and the guy tells me they can set their rates to what they want during special events and because this was Super Bowl weekend they are $200. I hate gouging. Will work on staying with an aunt who live 70 miles away.
