Gunnar, our Norwegian Elkhound mix, doesn't tag along all the time, but he took an immediate liking to the 13QBB the first time I opened the door.  So I'm hoping to get at least a couple of trips in this year that will be dog-compatible. Maybe even with his friend Avy...playing soccer with her in the pic below.

Remington aka Remi goes with us anywhere he is allowed. He is a great travel dog and loves just about anything we do. Actually the only time he isn't happy is if he cant do something with us. We tried doing a little kayaking one time and he chewed through his lead so he could follow us into the water...

I think I saw, or possibly imagined, a website offering a screen protector for the door. I'd post a link, but I'm probably too lazy to go find it.

One of our window screens has a paw scuff already, but it didn't tear.

[p]Huh. I guess I was [a href="http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/screen-door-grills-white/69158"]wrong about being too lazy[/a].[/p][p]

Remi is georgous and has a Guinness-Book-of-World-Records tongue!

:) yeah and he certainly loves to try and show you. He is well known for his "drive-by licks", or sneaking up when your laying down to give a kiss.

So you're saying he...can't...hold his licker... ?

[attachment id="544" thumbnail="1"]  "I wonder if 'Mutt and Jeff' will enjoy a LivinLite as much as they did our first ever trailer, a 20' Coleman Hybrid? We never could get a good night's sleep in the 'tip-out' beds located on each end of the unit, but our dogs sure liked them!  The pit mix is a rescue....best dog ever.  The little guy, a wirehaired dachshund, calls the shots.  They go with us most everywhere.

If we go through with plans, the Lord willing, in three days we will trade in the Coleman travel trailer to be able to buy the Axxess.  Can't help but notice not too many Axxess owners on this forum, at least ones who post.  Is this not a commonly owned toy hauler?

One of my main motivations for buying a travel trailer was to be able to bring my dogs with a minimum of hassle.  No worries about dog friendly hotels, etc.

We took a 2 week swing to New Orleans and Florida.  The 21 RBS was great.

Beautiful dogs! Too bad they can't enjoy their camper! LOL
