Hello from Central Florida

My wife and I have been tent campers for years and years and finally pulled the trigger.  I had spreadsheets, flow charts and decision trees on every class of trailer/motorhome and camper and finally decided that a LL was what best suited our needs.  So, we are headed up to Wakarusa this week to pick up our brand spanking new 14DB and we can hardly wait!!  We are hopping to get in a factor tour and perhaps catch a glimpse of the man behind the curtain, Mr. S. Tuttle.


If we can find any camping spots left in the State of Florida when we return, we will take it out on its maiden voyage in the next couple of weeks.   We have seen lots of excellent posts on this site and the Yahoo site and we really appreciate the willingness of people to share their passions, ideas and insights regarding the LL brand.   Thanks also to the folks who were willing to start this board and devote the time and talent to get it running and keep it running.  We appreciate you

Welcome.

Hopefully, we'll be picking up a 21BHS Wednesday near Chicago. First real RV for Fast Eddie & Kool Karen.

If you're ever in N GA, love to compare notes. We plan on attending an Airstream Rally near here in a few weeks.

And we have friends with an airstrip in Lake Placid, FL, that we may sometimes use as a base of operations.
