Hi all,
I am going to store in an unheated garage this winter.  Everything is winterized and mouse-proofed to the best of the ability (cloves all over the place in cheesecloth).

Just wondering, to prevent bald spots on the tires, do any of you jack up the trailer to take a lot of weight off of the tires?  If so, do you just do with the corner jacks or do you supplement with additional jacks to spread the load out?

I've been doing it with my quicksilver 10. Using stabilizers only. No problems so far.

You can with a popup, but not with the hardsiders. Too much weight for the jacks, or more properly, the points where they are mounted.

And also pretty much unnecessary.

This year, our Camplite will be parked in the driveway for about 8 months. We've had some other things get in the way of camping. For that long a time, I jack it up off the tires and set the frame near the axles back down on jack stands. With the tires then inflated to the max and covered, they will be in as good a condition as possible next spring.
