wheel wells are leaking is this just poor workmanship?

The stereo system is your typical car radio with CD player, USB port, and I think maybe bluetooth. Removable faceplate because you can't buy a radio without that anymore but not for any good reason. 4 meh speakers on the ceiling. We turned it on during the PDI to make sure it works, and never since. The blue glow is so bright you can read at night, so we took the faceplate off and have it stored....I dunno, somewhere I guess.

You can turn off the blue light in the menu of the radio
