Removing tent on a tip-out bunk

Hi Folks,  I am looking for information about how difficult it is to remove and reinstall the tent on a tip-out bunk.  Anyone have experience with this?  I have an 11FK, and I'd like to remove the tent when the bunk is folded up to make more room during cold/winter camping.  Just wondering if this is difficult to do and even worth trying.
