13QBB still available in 2016?

[/p][p]I spotted this on a web search tonight, I thought the 13 foot models were no more. This is certainly a 2016 model.  I for one do hope that LivinLite continues offering the 13 footers.  IMO they offer the best option for those that want the larger fridge with freezer and water/wastewater capacities to stay out for more than just a weekend. If you want all that in a smaller, easy to tow (and get into tight places) camper the 13 makes perfect sense. (to me and hopefully others)

I agree with you since I have a 13QBB too and love it. Maybe it's one they builded before they decided to stop doing it? Because you can't find them anymore on the livin lite website. I also saw a 2016 13QBB at another dealer in Canada

Frank and Paul, I purchased a new 2016 QBB in early January 2016 from a dealers lot in New Hampshire. It was manufactured in March of 2015 but the title says its a 2016. I couldn't agree with you more, It provides all the big trailer options but in a small package. "It's just right" It was exactily what the wife and I were looking for. I like the description the dealer that Frank provided a link for in Knoxville wrote "The price for quality only hurts one time. The price for an inferior product hurts every time it lets you down." I think hey stopped manufacturing them though. I'm so glade I purchased it when I did. I might use that as my tag line.

Just saw another 2016 13 QBB at Dealers lot in NH. He just got it in a couple of weeks ago. The date of manufactur was December 2015 which indicates to me they are still making them. It sat high (almost too high) and had much taller wheels/tires than mine. Dealer said they are all coming in that way now. He said the 13 footers are his favorites and his best sellers.

I called livinlite today. Im sad to say they are not making the 13qbb anymore. Im depressed! I wanted a 13qbb in silver with dinette with alpine interior. we were all set to order now I dont know what to do. I guess were keeping the pop up for now

We had a 2013 13qbb, 3 seasons, loved it for so many reasons.  Each season 90 nite +/-...weekends, 10 nighters, towed perfect, 2 seat dinette, wet bath, large fridge, just the two of us, it worked for us...that being said, as we spent so much time in the qbb, we wished we had a little more room.  We don't regret any decisions, because we learned what we needed in a travel trailer.  We just bumped upto the 16dbs.  It gives us the extra room we were looking for.  Enough about us, it is what you need / want.  LL still makes the 14db and 14dbs...for a little bit more, you won't have to think about bumping up to a larger unit...good luck, hope this helps...

Magoo..thanks I really dont like the 14db layout...We really want a dinette not a sofa..I dont want the 14dbs cause I dont want a slide
I also dont like the cabinet that hangs over your feet while in bed on the 14db. Im picky rite? lol
we want something small since we only do weekends.

I guess were just gonna wait and keep saving for now

Look at the Rpod RP171. Single axle, queen bed, no slide, bigger dinette, bigger tanks. Rpods are excellent; I had one.

they have rpods their also...but no 171 in stock
I found a leftover 2014 camplite 11fk with tent for $11,000 that could also work for week end camps

Holdnon72, Truck Camper Warehouse in West Chesterfield NH where I bought my 13QBB had a 2015 and a 2016 with dinette, both silver on his lot. ( a month ago).  The owner also has another store on Long Island NY. He travels back there a lot. He can bring one down your way. Check them out. I purchased a 2016 silver one with dinette this winter. I havnt camped in it yet but I can tell you I think it's perfectly designed. Easy to tow easy to stow.

Thanks for your help[/quote][font size="3"]A few comments from my tour of the Lance factory: First I am not a Lance salesman nor do I play one on RV forums. However I was impressed with the design and factory processes. Most of the components are N/C machine cut or preassembled wiring harnesses with plug and play connectors. This eliminates a lot of assembly errors. In particular they go to great lengths to eliminate roof leaks.  Although they use the TPO rubber roofing they minimize screw penetrations and wrap the top material over and down the side walls. No seams on top. Cost more? Yes. Get what you pay for? Yes.

We are seeing the lance 1475 on this Saturday. If we fall in love with it were gonna sell our boat leaving us only financing $10,000

I loved the look of the winnie drop 1710,but had allot of red flags. But all those red flags are easy fixes. I just dont understand why they leave the factory like that.

We really likes the winnebago micro also...But I climbed the ladder and noticed the rubber roof was already failing on a brand new unit

The rubber was lifting and causing ripples with air pockets

I will let you know how I make out on saturday with the lance 1475...Salesman said $26,000 but he would have to do better for me to pull the trigger

Went to see the Lance 1475 on Saturday...WoW! Now to sell everything I own so I can buy one asap.

Climbed the ladder to it's big brother next to it. Now that's how you construct a roof...

Were gonna save hard and buy the 1475 after the season hoping we can get a better deal then $25,200
