I vaguely remember someone attempting a solid door on a QS, however I dont think it worked well. There is no frame or any real support for a solid door. With that in mind there is always a way to do whatever you want, it just comes down to how much you are willing to do to get there.

I once ran into a fellow checking out my camper that actually loved the zipper door. He had a traditional pop up and I guess if things don't line up exactly the door doesn't shut.
