stripped screws and adding mud flaps??

I've found a few stripped screws on my new 13BHB, I don't want to just add a bigger screw (wont match the screws beside it) I'm open to suggestions to fix this.
It's too bad the factory doesn't monitor the torque on their drills better!

My second question is about attaching mud flaps, anyone done this? Our roads in rural Canada are not the best I could see a lot of crap hitting the plumbing outlets. (pun intended) [img style="" src="//images.proboards.com/v5/smiley/wink.png" title=""]

Have any of you looked at the wiring under the bed, I checked mine yesterday... what a mess it looked like a nest of wires and plumbing going everywhere.
A bag of zip ties and it looks a little better. The quality of a product in my opinion is in the details.

 For the stripped screw hole, try epoxy putty. Let harden then drill a pilot hole slightly smaller than the screw diameter.

Try putting the epoxy with the screw and let it harden that way, me, I would just go with a bigger screw. It just adds character to the trailer.  8^)

Fixes for stripped screws might depend on what they are holding. For "mission critical" I would drill out and use larger screws. For everything else epoxy is fine. Yea, the wiring cabinet doesn't pass the "laugh test". You need to have a sense of humor and a fatalistic attitude to even look in there. I use Highland brand mud flaps I got from Amazon. Keeps the drains and step much cleaner. Just screwed them on with SS self-threaders.
