I'm not dealing with a large camper/toy hauler, but still use a 2003 Tacoma with 4 cylinder & 2WD as a TV in addition to the 2013 4.0L Frontier.

Used to get bouncing and rear TV sag with the Tacoma when towing the CampLite 11 @ 300 pounds tongue & 1700 pounds on the CL 11 axle, about 300 pounds in the back of the Tacoma, ready to camp weight. Installed Firestone rear axle air bags and no more bouncing or sag with 30PSI in the air bags while towing the Mighty 11 with the Tacoma.

Took this photo today with 30PSI in the air bags:

WDH does just that, distributes the weight, but does put added torque on the coupler. There are numerous threads of CL owners installing 2- 5/16 heavy duty couplers, myself included, and installing side bolts
