For Sale / **frame only** from display model

Just saw this posted by a local LL dealer (or maybe former dealer?) ...a display model with just the aluminum framing they are selling. Kinda cool!

Tow Rigs / "New" 4Runner
July 04, 2016, 04:26:31 PM
After several years and almost 10,000 miles of towing my 13QBB (mostly up mountains, it seems), I decided to give my trusty 1997 Toyota 4Runner V6 5-speed a break as it nears its 20th birthday, and bought a "new to me" 2007 4Runner V8 SR-5 Sport Edition.

The V8 should definitely handle the hills better...although to it's credit the '97 did pretty well and returned about 12mpg towing. Just felt like I was pushing it pretty hard for a 20 year old truck. And the manual transmission in stop-and-go traffic could give my left leg more exercise then it really needed!

Trip Planning / Sebring
March 10, 2015, 06:42:26 PM
Anyone else headed to Sebring FL next week for the TUDOR 12 HR race?   This 2400mi. round trip will be the inaugural trip for my 13QBB.

For Sale / 16BHB (N/A)
January 05, 2015, 08:50:20 AM
update: looks like that one is sold already!

Just FYI, NOT mine and no affiliation with the seller, but I noticed this just popped up on RVTrader the other day.  Having spent a lot of time recently scouring the used CL market, this seems like it might be a pretty good deal:

New Members / New 13QBB owner from Baltimore, Maryland
November 21, 2014, 03:40:03 PM
Hi!  I just took delivery of a used 2012 13QBB--just in time to put it in storage for the winter  :P   But hoping to get some use out of it come spring time.  Here's a few pictures, including our Norwegian Elkhound mix checking it out.  My 1997 4Runner 3.4L V6 (manual transmission) seems to tow it well.  Also using the Prodigy Wireless RF brake controller.
