It 16° outside , I go outside to get something out of the camper and the light and turntable is jerking back and forth in the microwave. I wonder if it junk or just cold?
[font size="3"]Yes to both. If the micro is still in warranty you should send it back. Mine began acting up, totally ignoring any touch button input, so I contacted the vendor. They had me cut off the power cord, copy the S/N label, and mail both back to them. A new micro was on my porch within days. Even they didn't want the old one back. Interesting approach.

I couldn't find anyone to answer a phone. Its all been moved for what I can find. I'll ask the fella at the factory that helped me before. I believe his name was Don.
