I bought 3 of these little stainless guys. They will hang over doors, cabinet etc... I will use them for hanging hats & jackets.
I can see maybe moving these around until I find a good spot. Maybe one too hold kitchen tools and towels.

There are few forums on the Internet where a shot of a toilet paper roll would be of interest. This is one of them. ;)
