Title: Christmas gifts and trailer decor
Post by: jeeps on December 22, 2014, 12:36:54 PM
Since we will be in our trailer for Christmas, I am surprising the husband with new bedding and a new bathmat.   That with the new flooring should really make a difference.  I like colors and patterns to coordinate and working with the sofa fabric that came from the factory wasn't easy.  Odd color.  Plus I found a lightweight, small mirror to hang and the towel hooks should go up today.

Dang, this is fun!

It's a small house that you get to decorate. I am looking at outdoor carpets to place on top of the vinyl floor. I would like to reupholster the sofa, but that would require too much downtime. It is fun. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Due to not having separate shopping accounts, my wife and I caught each other buying the same decorative light strings for the trailer as holiday gifts.

My wife and I timed our Camplite purchase this fall just right, because we are justifying the spending spree on LOTS of stuff for it by calling them Christmas presents for each other. I have only one small present she doesn't know about and since she reads and posts here too, it will have to remain a secret.

My wife and I got one romantic gift for both of us; a cover for the pickup truck bed. The rest are stocking stuffer type gifts.

Doug, what do you and your wife do in the pickup truck that makes the cover a romantic gift???

Purchased a Vintage style canopy (early Christmas gift). Needed additional canopy width and a 7 1/2' wide Vintage stye canopy gives the needed width using existing canopy mounting rail, always liked vintage style canopy, too.
