Should be the fresh water hose.
Yes it was the fresh water hose.
It's a fun setup!
The dry weight of the 28BHS from the livin lite website is 4,250 lbs. The flex towing capacity is 4500 lbs right? This seem to be overweight to me I doubt you only have 250 lbs of stuff in there

4200 lbs dry, I pack it extremly lite, haven't had any issues 10% grades...up down towed great! Probably too close for comfort for some. Been out 5 times and about 2000 miles so far.
You could be suprised how weight add up easily, for example the 28BHS have a water tank of 28 gallon, if you fill it it's going to add around 320 lbs. I wouldn't be suprise that if you bring it on a scale that you have a big surprise on the weight more than what you think.
Even if the advertised dry weight was 4200, that doesn't include accessories (like A/C), batteries, propane, etc... Basically even with empty tanks it's going to be over the limit. I'd bet that even my 21BHS is close to 5,000lbs.

I don't put any water in the fresh tank, all other tanks are drained every time. Next time I'm at a fuel station with scales I will get an accurate weight with all my camping gear in it.
