Or post to a free service like Flickr and then embed the link.

Here's one way:

Sounds convoluted, but with practice just takes a minute or so.

6 seconds. No account to setup, nothing to upload or manage, no links to insert. Boom and done.

I must be a dummy. Couldn't do it. Shouldn't need a third party to upload photos . Folks will have to go to Tucson Craigslist to see pictures.

If you're on more than one forum, it's nice having a repository of photos you can link to. I have both Flickr and Google Photos backing up all my photos as well, which also give me peace of mind.

gleamb - I think you mentioned (on another thread) that you figured out what your problem was.... that the size of the pictures was too large. One way that works well for me is to send the pictures (that I want to post) to my email address. In the process of doing that it will ask you to select what size you want the pictures to be. Be sure to select a size that is less than 1mb per picture. For example, if you are just sending one pic, then select a size that is less than 1mb. If you're sending 2 pics, then the total size needs to be less than 2mb.
If 4 pics, then select a size that is less than 4mb's. Then, after you have sent them to yourself, go to your email inbox, open the email and save each pic to your photo library. In doing this, you will now have a smaller copy of each picture that you want to post. Then be sure to select THOSE pics (the smaller ones) when you go to upload them when creating your post. I know that it sounds like a bunch of monkey business to do all of this, but it really goes fairly quickly once you get the hang of it. Give it a try! Good luck!
