I have not seen that specific brand before. However I have used the Rustoleum brand counter top refinish. The concept is easy enough and works rather well if you prep the surface correctly (ie follow all the instructions). My concern with the granite pattern is the difficulty in simulating the expected results. I've yet to come across something where it should have a "random" pattern that actually turns out the way I expected it to look.
If you are crafty it might be worth a try. If you do go for it please let us know how it goes.
