Title: Bought a QS 6.0 this Morning!
Post by: alf on September 25, 2016, 03:58:35 AM
We live in Snohomish, Washington, and have been thinking about buying a tent camper for way too long. Finally decided to buy a 2014 QS 6.0 in Bend, Oregon, 300 miles away. Drove there Friday night, bought it Saturday morning, then drove the 300 miles back that day. The return drive went perfectly, the QS trailed well behind our 2016 Toyota Prius, and we averaged over 40 mpg!

Alf, congrats!  We just returned from our first real outing with our new QS 8.0. On our trip back home we passed a family pulling a shiny red 6.0 behind their Prius.  We gave each other a thumbs up as they passed us.  ??

Have fun with your new trailer!

Welcome. I hope you enjoy your QS6 as much as I do mine. You live in a great part of the country. I went to college in Bellingham a very long time ago.

Congrats and welcome from Seattle.  I tow my QS10 behind a Honda CRV and am still amazed how well it tows and still get about 24mpg.  A group of Livinlite owners had a great time this last July at an owners rally in Oregon, hopefully more to come.
