The USB plugs don't work on my Quicksilver 6.0. I tried flipping some switches, but no go.
I don't have a battery hooked up yet. Could that be the issue? Do they only work when a battery us hooked up and not on shore power?
Check every fuse in your converter and make sure nothing is blown.
If still nothing, you can pull that usb charger out and test it on your car. If that works, youve narrowed it down to the trailer. If it doesnt, just replace it with another charger on the cheap from most gas stations, auto parts stores, or walmart.
If the issue is the alternative and it does work in the car, then something might be wrong with the converter.

I think I ran into this when I first got my QS 6. The battery was crap, I replaced and everything worked well. Could be a coincidence.

I will check the fuses first. Argh. One fuse opening has no fuse. I should have checked that before. I have 3 15 amp fuses and one that is 30 amp in the bottom slot....I think. I looked on Friday.
Mjmoore--I opted to not get the battery at the dealer because I wanted a nicer one than I thought they'd give me. Now, I'm running up on the end of my already super-expanded camping budget for 2016 and will do without a battery and battery tender until 2017, most likely.
The converter should also provide 12v power when connected to shore power. So assuming no blown fuse or short circuit then it's probably the charger.
The 15amp fuses are all the 12v circuits and the 30 amp should be the reverse polarity protection. The empty slot may be expected. I know mine had an unused circuit so no fuse was needed.
Do other 12v items work?
The fan/light unit works. I didn't try to plug anything into the charging station that was a 12v plug though.
One quick thing to look at: some USB charger plugs are pretty short and will not work in deeper receptacles. I have one which will not work in my car because the center pin doesn't touch the bottom of the jack.
Just so I understand, the USB charger that you have...is it built in or is it a charger you are plugging into a standard 12v cigarette lighter style outlet?
The charging station that's installed on the 6.0 next to the plugs beside the fuse box/inverter area. The USB inlets there don't charge when I plug in my phone cord and phone.
My USB charger also does not work. They are manufactured by Sigma Switches.

I contacted Adrian at Sigma and he responded almost immediately asking for more information. I sent him pictures and the info he requested and have never heard back from him again. I even emailed him again, and nothing. You can try contacting him if you would like.

For now we just plug in a 120 volt charger when we can or use the car charger on the way. I am still looking for a replacement that will fit.
With USB the polarity is very important unlike some 12v devices. I had to rewire my system for another reason but I think my 12v outlet was wired backwards. Is it possible the same is true for the charging system? It seems odd that so many units would be defective unless it just happened to be a bad batch...
My USB charging station have been working correctly for 2 years, then one day when my wife plugged her phone it became very hot and stopped to work. I haven't figured why yet, there is probably a burnt fuse now.
The USB charger in my 10.0 does not work if the trailer is not plugged to shore power.
Lights, stove, heater works but not the UBS charger and the 120V plugs.

Adrian Byers from Sigma switches contacted me today and said he is sending a replacement USB module along with the upgraded 4.2 Amp USB module! Contact him with your issues if you have a Sigma Switches brand charging center that fails.

My USB ports stopped working as well, but the problem was self created.
Apple's USB Lightning cable, combined with conductive aluminum trailer don't mix well. The Apple cable has exposed positive and the trailer's battery is grounded to the trailer making the entire trailer negative. Mix the two together and we get a short.
Simple fix (once the USB port is fixed): Disconnect the cable from the USB end before disconnecting the device end.................or get rid of Apple products ;)

All good with the USB charging. I put in the missing fuse and charged my iPhone.
We put a cigarette lighter socket "Y" adapter up where the outlet is for the TV. Ran an extension inside of beige wire mold down to a 4-outlet adapter. Use an Anker 4-Way USB adapter which is allegedly smart enough to supply the right amperage to various devices:

With that plus the USB outlet on the radio we are more than covered!
Nice. Much more than I need, but good to know expansion is possible.
Last note, it took about a minute or two before my phone status charging. I was surprised it took that long, but I've never charged with a setup like this before.

As an aside, those blue straps were purchased at Walmart for another purpose (hammock) but would work as battery straps once trimmed.
