I have not, but when I bought 2013 16DB (Sitting on the lot 10 months) the front decal was already peeling. I had the dealer remove it as part of the deal and NOT replace it. There was fairly minimal, but in the right light, obvious paint fade.... if this would be an issue on the whole trailer I don't know. Likely if anywhere it would be on the front decal since it has more of a sun exposure angle than the sides and back. I do like the clean no decal look so I wish you well with this project. Please post pictures of the results.
i pulled off the front decal as well. used a heat gun on low and finished up with goo gone for the areas where the decal was peeling.
mine is a 2013 and i pulled it off in 2015...an it was a complete pita. the decal came off in little pieces for the most part and even after that and a couple rounds of goo gone, you can still see where portions of the decal was. even went over it with a buffer/rubbing compound. the discoloration doesnt look like fading, but almost like the glue was bake in by the sun, causing a darker color. there isnt any discoloration where the logo peeled off easily, but where it came off in little pieces it is darker.
note to self...order it without decals next time
I used a chemical from the auto body supply please near me, comes in a spray bottle, dissolves the glue and the decals come right off. I used it on my Chevy, took off all the badges and lettering, no ill effect on the paint.
Thanks all! I really do appreciate your feedback!!
uh, pjcd...you don't happen to remember the name of that stuff?
If not, probably ok..

Auto Tech "Quick n Easy" Specialty Adhesive Remover. I spayed little of this on the edge of a decal, then started to peel it back, spray as you remove decal. Don't rush, slow and steady worked for me.
Thanks pjcd.....
thanks pjcd...going to try to find some for myself

expensive...but if it works...
I've used [a href="https://www.amazon.com/Goo-Gone-Original-Cleaner-oz/dp/B00006IBNJ"]GooGone [/a]w/ reasonable success to dissolve adhesive. It should be available locally. You will have to first peel the decal and then use this to remove the residue. Blot it on and let it sit for a minute or two.
Also - it might not be the best for vinyl decals, but if you have to remove the heavy duty 3M foam tape adhesive I found this combo to be invaluable:
[a href="https://www.amazon.com/Lisle-52000-Razor-Blade-Scraper/dp/B0002SR88C"]Lisle Razor Blade Scraper[/a]
+
[a href="https://www.amazon.com/Shark-66-Plastic-Blades-10-Pack/dp/B00JH3TXCC"]Shark 66 Plastic Blades
[/a]They make the blades in a blue Polycarbonate which is a bit tougher FYI.

WOW, is that right $77. No way did I pay anything close to that. I'm thinking I paid around $25 for a 32 oz bottle.

Some of the best advice I got from this site, along with some others, was the decal delete option if you order new from the factory. :)
