Hi everyone,
I'm done googled out. Can't seem to find a reputable resource to get replacement covers for my dinette cushions. I technically only need the covers for the bench seat bottoms (3 cushions that make the dinette "U") but am open to purchasing the whole cushion meaning foam inserts and all to get a bit more thickness/padding. After 3 years out (kid and dog) and spot treating not cutting it any longer, I washed them in cold, on a delicate cycle with my front load non agitator. Didn't matter, completely came apart (disintegrated really) and frayed at a few seams.
Thanks for any recomendations.
Anita
Google a local furniture upholstery company as you can get cushions made with the exact firmness of foam you want and new covers to the exact size you want. I and others on this forum have changed the foam material to a much denser foam, depends on what you want. I also googled "furniture foam" and sites will tell you everything you ever want to know about the different types of foam available. If you go to a local guy, be sure and take one of your cushions to compare firmness.
[font size="3"]If you are near a coast or a large lake try a marine upholstery shop. They have a selection of foams and coverings made to withstand the rigors of the boating world. Consider an outdoor covering that wears well and is easily cleaned.

Any shop who recovers sofas, chairs etc. will be able to make new cushions or recover yours. When ours are worn out I plan to have ours recovered in a waterproof material.
We have a local company that sells waterproof, rip proof camo seat covers for trucks etc. Spills run off without leaving stains. They sell these covers all over the world but do custom items too. All i have to do is take my cushions to them and they will cover them. Kicker is, not sure camo is the way I want to go even if they have many different patterns to choose from. lol
