Title: Ideas

Would like to remove table hole mount in floor of my 21bhs.
Do you think this would be easy to do? I think it is some type of bracket attached to the floor where the table pole slides in. Can't tell because there is a foam type floor covering that the pieces connect like a puzzle and it is printed like wood to match the camper. I will need to replace the foam piece also that is now cutout around the bracket to make it flush. I really like the look of the unsturdy table being gone but not to hole with bracket that I catch my toes on????
I purchased a small folding aluminum table at academy sports that is better suited for eating on anyways and can be put away when we just want to sit around and waych tv.

1. Do you know how to remove table floor bracket?
2. Where can I purchase more foam floor puzzle pieces?

Thanks

I do not think there is a hole there just the mount for the pole that is bolted/screwed down to the aluminum floor. I was thinking about adding another pole for stability, moving the existing one to the edge and adding one. The mount and poles are inexpensive compared to other things we buy for the 21BHS. What table did you buy? That may be the route I need to go for better stability.

From what I can see you just remove the sheet metal screws from the table mount on the floor, should be very simple.

This folds easily away.

Is the foam floor covering from the factory?  There are different thicknesses, wood colors, patterns, and sizes. If you want a match, you'll have hit all 4.

[font size="3"]Two points on removing/adding table posts.

The existing flange is not recessed into the aluminum floor, but the foam covering may be cut out. Just remove the sheet metal screws and the flange will come loose. If the foam flooring is cut out you will have to find a replacement. The 2013 models did not come from the factory with foam flooring so it was added later. You will have to search for a replacement.

If moving or adding a post the problem is harder. The aluminum floor planks are ribbed so will not accept a screw just anywhere. If you hit a rib square on it will be much more difficult to insert a screw. Worse, if you drill very close to a rib the screw will bend and break. Measure carefully.

And if you drill, watch out for pipes/wires underneath the bit.

Think I have found them. Does anyone agree that these look the same? Thanks

Pattern looks the same, but the lighting makes the color different? Are they the same overall dimension with the same type of edge pattern?

Here are some more possibilities:

I posted what we have in our camper in the forum's Amazon store, so you can check there to see the oak foam tiles we bought.

If all else fails, just use whatever fits and cover it with a throw rug!
