As the title says, rear exterior cargo door frame is separating at the top left corner. Anyone have any experience or fixes? Are they just glued or pressed?
Don't know about that door, but going to take the entrance door apart (next project) and replace Luan (guessing that's interior material) with sheet metal and re-seal the complete door except for interior door latch/lock & drains in bottom of door. The entrance door in our camper is made for Livinlite by Challenger Door. Our door has sheet metal exterior skin, welded aluminum tube structure, with insulation, and covered with Luan on the interior.

Is it block foam or fiberglass insulation? I had heard of the luan in the man door and imagined the worst while hoping for the best.[/p][p]
[/p][p]Now my problem seems simple compared to yours.... I am still under warranty until February but LL will probably get another pass from me.

Slight Luan warping, so enlarged three drains on the bottom of the door. Have not seen rotting, but will replace Luan & install aluminum sheet metal pre-coated on one side with white coating to match much of the interior colors. Will also re-seal door. Block foam insulation in mine. During the plant tour last August, asked about entry door manufacturer and was told they were still supplied by Challenger.
