During our trip out west last August & September, the 13,500BTU Coleman Polar Mach started making noise, so I stopped using it, planned to take it apart when back home for repairs.
Found item #9, blower wheel clamp was a little loose clamping the blower to item #3, blower motor shaft. The blower slid down about 1/4" rubbing item #16, scroll housing.

Removed interior air conditioner Ceiling Assembly today to inspect four bolts securing the air conditioning unit to the roof installed from inside the camper:

We travel 99% of the time on paved roads with around 20,000 miles on this CampLite. Had to go on a 10 mile dirt road detour once in Montana, that was rough. Drove very slow, but possible the bolt broke during the detour. Started hearing the AC blower noise about 1000 miles before the rough detour. Found the broken bolt after seeing where the bottom of the AC unit contacted the roof, previous post.
Will purchase & install 4 new bolts. The complete AC unit had shifted about 1/2" against the bolt probably breaking it. Hopefully installing & securing 4 new bolts will prevent contact of the bottom of the unit with the roof seen in previous post, will see.
On my 9.2, each of those bolt heads tightens against a spring. I removed the bolts to look for sources of noise. I noticed that when originally installed, they were the inconsistently tightened, with some fairly loose and some compressing the spring fully. I wondered what the function of the spring is and how tight the bolts should be. (And I put in lots of sound deadening material before re-installing.)
Bolts with springs on my unit attaches item #11, ceiling shroud, to item #13 mounting frame .

One of my annual preventative maintenance jobs will be removing the ceiling shroud
inspecting all bolts.
The CampLite roof structure is rugged, too!
Found four 1/4"X4 1/2" grade 5 all thread hex bolts. Installed them and found the rear of the AC unit still barely contacting the roof. Took
a piece of 1/2" rubber automotive heater hose and split one side, sliding the 1/8" thick 2"X5" piece of rubber under the rear of the AC
unit to prevent contact of the bottom of the AC with the roof. When I tightened the four bolts securing the AC unit, the bottom of the AC
compressed the rubber against the roof, too.
