There's a new 2014 11FK at H&W Motorhomes in Michigan listed for $18,995. I'm sure that's a very negotiable price on a '14.
Last year I was able to negotiate a price of $13k on a red 11FK with rear tip-out. This was a new unit but it was about 18 months old at that point. However, I ended up with a used 13QBB instead...
